Hey Stamping Friends! While none of us like the event on why you need a sympathy card, this is a beautiful way to show someone you care and are thinking of them at this difficult time. The cut outs for the shell, bird, and grass from the Seaside Bay bundle really add dimension and calming when looking at this card. It is like you are at the beach, which is relaxing. The designer series paper used really adds that same affect. I embellished with the ribbon knot and the flat adhesive pearls to add a special touch.
I used Petal Pink, White, and Balmy Blue cardstock with this designer series paper because to me it was subtle and peaceful when looking at it. The card allows for other colors depending on what you have to go with this designer series paper so there is some flexibility. You can also use other embellishments like pearls or other colored ribbon for this Sympathy card. Please share your designs if you decide to change it up some.
